Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Detect Engagement
- Connect ManyChat to your Instagram or Facebook account
- Set up triggers: When someone likes, comments, or DMs your product posts
- Automatically send them a message: "Hey {first_name}, thanks for checking out [Product Name]! Want me to show you some options?"
Step 2: Ask Qualifying Questions
- Build a simple flow: What are you looking for? (e.g., Shoes, Bags, Accessories)
- What's your preferred style? (Casual, Formal, Trendy)
- Save answers to Custom Fields inside ManyChat
Step 3: Show Product Recommendations
- Based on their answers, dynamically show 2 or 3 relevant products
- Include product image, description, and a "View Product" button
Step 4: Collect Contact Information
- Prompt users to leave their Name Email Phone (optional)
- Store all details automatically into Google Sheets or CRM
Step 5: Offer Discount Voucher + Payment Link
After they select a product:
- Send a thank-you message with a special discount code (e.g., 10% OFF)
- Directly link them to the payment page (Shopify/WooCommerce/Stripe link)
- Example message: "Awesome choice! Here's a 10% OFF voucher for you: SAVE10. Click below to complete your purchase! [Buy Now Button]"
Step 6: Automate Follow-Ups
If they don’t buy immediately:
- Send a friendly reminder after 24 hours
- Example: "Hey {first_name}, still thinking about it? Your discount code is valid for 24 more hours!
