Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise-level clients.
- Drive complex sales cycles, managing multiple stakeholders and aligning solutions to business needs.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and company.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving large, complex deals.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of consultative selling and strategic account management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
