About the team

Yanisa Media is the media and personal-brand vertical of Yanisa, an AI-driven execution company helping founders and businesses build authority through content, technology and intelligent distribution.

Our team works across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms, creating and distributing content for founders and businesses across multiple industries.

Because we work with different founders, brands and content formats, the social media operation involves a high volume of moving parts, content calendars, scripts, edits, approvals, publishing, analytics, comments, DMs and follow-ups.

The Social Media Manager & Handler is responsible for making sure this entire execution layer runs smoothly.

About the role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager & Handler who can own the day-to-day execution of multiple social media accounts.

You will work closely with the Content Strategist, Video Editors, Content Team and other members of Yanisa Media to take content from approved idea → final asset → quality check → publishing → community management → performance tracking.

This is an execution-heavy role.

You should be highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple content calendars and deadlines simultaneously.

You should also understand social media well enough to know when something is not ready to publish, when an edit needs improvement, whether a caption or thumbnail makes sense, whether content has been posted correctly and whether the account is being managed properly.

You're not expected to be the primary content strategist.

But you must understand enough about content, platforms, editing and audience behaviour to execute and QC the strategy properly.

You will also be responsible for monitoring incoming DMs and identifying conversations that may represent business, partnership, sales or other valuable opportunities.

What you'll do

  • • Manage and publish content across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • • Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
  • • Coordinate with content strategists, writers, editors and designers.
  • • Review content before publishing and give basic creative/QC feedback.
  • • Manage comments, DMs, mentions and potential business enquiries.
  • • Track content performance and report important insights.
  • • Ensure content is published correctly, on time and according to the strategy.
  • • Keep up with social media trends, platform updates and audience behaviour.

  • • Social Media Management
  • • Content Publishing & Distribution
  • • Content Calendar Management
  • • Social Media Community Management
  • • Content Quality Control
  • • Basic Social Media Analytics
  • • DM & Lead Handling

What would also help

  • • Understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio
  • • Basic understanding of content strategy
  • • Good communication and coordination skills
  • • Basic sales and lead qualification knowledge
  • • AI tools for content and productivity
  • • Ability to learn new industries and topics quickly
