About the role
You'll architect and run the growth systems that turn ambitious founders into category leaders.
This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of strategy, execution and analytics.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end growth playbooks across acquisition, activation and retention.
- Own client outcomes — pipeline, conversion and revenue metrics.
- Partner with content, media and tech pods to ship campaigns.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in growth, performance marketing or RevOps.
- Strong analytical instinct and comfort with data tools.
- Track record of driving measurable revenue outcomes.
